Furniture Assembly

They did excellent work, they were on time and professional, great prices and most importantly saved me from putting a bunch of furniture together lol. In all seriousness will use again in the future.

Handyman

Nico did a great job with assembling a few items around the house! I would definitely recommend him for any remodeling or handyman work. He’ll get the job done and always give you suggestions as well!

Handyman

Nico was initially great on the phone discussing cost & project timeframe & I thought, finally, someone who will follow through. On Friday, He said he would be out Monday to take down my falling wall brick & Tuesday a full day to mortar it back up. He then sent another guy on Saturday morning unannounced. He took down most of the wall. I heard nothing from them Monday so I texted to confirm he was coming Tuesday. He confirmed. Total no show, no call or text. Wednesday he came out unannounced for about 15 min to look at the job& said he was going to work on removing wall glue, & then left as soon as I walked around the side of the house. While there, he said he would work on it off & on all week around a bigger project he had out of town. I never heard from him again. I texted him Thursday that if he wasn’t coming out Friday that I would find someone else to finish. What is so hard about doing what you say your going to do? Now I have to find someone to put my stone back up. WTH?

Trim or Molding Installation

Unfortunately I couldn't recommend. Everything was great at first until day job was supposed to be started. He started having personal and medical issues, but assured me job would be done before end of month. A week before end of month I made contact for an update. No response for 2 weeks. Finally responded saying ready to finish job, but I already scrambled to find someone who did the job for an even better price.
Next Level Renovations's reply
I damaged my eye and my vertigo was so terrible from it that it was difficult for me to even read my phone. I got back to him before I was told the project needed to be done, but he hired someone else. I don’t know about you out there reading this, but my health and well being is more important to me than putting trim in someone’s home and was the last thing on my mind when trying to heal. I am glad to hear that his important, medicine cabinet and life-altering trim got done successfully and at an empathetic, compassionately better price though.😃
