- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- We charge $75 for the visit and will apply it towards any approved repair. - We do not charge any extra even if our technician has to go back and make a second trip to install the part which will complete the repair. - We don't have an hourly rate, we charge for the labor. The labor price based on the job which needs to be done and could be given after diagnosis. - We do not provide phone estimates because those are misleading and if nobody has done proper diagnostic the repairs can range greatly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not have a repair shop. The technician inspects the appliance at the customer location. The technician comes to the given address and provides a diagnosis of the malfunctioning appliance. After diagnosis technician gives an estimate for repair. If an estimate approved by the customer - we charge only for the given estimate. If the customer declines an estimate he is only responsible for the service fee. We do not work with bill out payments. All balances must be paid at the time of completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have apprenticed under highly skilled repairmen for at least 6 months. On-the-job experience is important in this field.
