Guardian Preservation Services, Inc.
About this pro
For one, we offer an all natural organic remediation which we feel is important because a lot of our customers already have experienced health issues related to mold and have experienced weakened immune systems. We don't feel it is in their best interest to introduce them to a new chemical. We also treat our customers homes as our own. If we wouldn't do something in our home, we won't do it in theirs and visa versa. We love helping people who have experienced health issues with mold and letting them know that there is a solution. We also love the fact that we educate our customers on how to make sure the mold issues don't come back.
Terrence has worked on many projects for me and has always been thorough and prompt. He has been easy to reach and stays in communication through out the process. Will definitely continue to use his services!Jun 20, 2014

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Of course. If we don't learn something on a daily basis, it's not been a good day. We have to stay on top of everything because mold is a very serious issue and a very serious health issue and we can't go to sleep on our education as our work affects people's daily lives.
- How did you get started doing this type of work? After watching various crew members from another business get sick and react from working around mold, we knew we had to figure out a safe all-natural way to handle mold and prevent this. We also knew of a lot of "fly-by-nights" that did this type of work and knew their "solutions" were not good so we knew we had to make a difference.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Do your research. Do your homework. Mold is not as simple as tearing out what you can see and being done with it. Mold is complex, the issue is complex, and it's not a simple 1, 2, 3. Understand mold, mold spores, how mold grows, and what causes it before you hire anyone.
