I hired them to clean my little apartment since I’ve been so busy with work and school. They did a fantastic job! From answering questions right away, being flexible, getting me scheduled within a few days, and overall attention to detail, I will definitely book again! A pleasant surprise: I had a few dishes in the sink and instead of putting them off to the side or cleaning around them, they washed them and set them aside! Definitely not something I expected them to do, but I’m very happy they did! All my belongings were organized and put in plain view for me to put in drawers when I got home. Here’s some photos for results of their deep cleaning service:
Details: 1 bedroom • 1 bathroom • Deep cleaning • Laundry • No pets in home • Just once

Great company to work with. Ran into a property issue on my end which they accommodated very quickly to keep the process rolling smoothly. Got the cleaning handled and wouldn't hire any other team besides them moving forward. Would recommend to anyone looking for property maintenance! Fantastic job!
Details: 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Deep cleaning • Fridge cleaning • Oven cleaning • Interior cabinet cleaning • Basement cleaning • No pets in home • Just once

I couldn’t be happier with the work Prestige Property Services did painting my bedroom! They were professional, punctual, efficient, and completed the job in an impressively short amount of time without compromising the quality of their work.
After having a disappointing experience with someone who left the previous paint job incomplete and messy, I was understandably apprehensive about having someone else come in to correct it. However, Prestige Property Services completely exceeded my expectations! Their attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and ability to transform my room into exactly what I envisioned truly impressed me.
I’m absolutely thrilled with the finished results and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I highly recommend Prestige Property Services to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality painting services. They did an outstanding job!

I was blown away by the service Prestige provided. Prompt arrival, friendly staff, and very detailed approach to cleaning our property. We had Prestige perform a move-out clean on our house. Due to health issues, we had not been able to keep our house as clean as we would like; thus, it was in bad shape when we moved out. Now it is spotless. Great work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
