They responded to my inquiry quickly with an estimate. They were punctual and courteous. They did an excellent job! Our furniture made two cross country moves and some were in storage for a while, so were in desperate need of a good cleaning. They were very thorough and when they were done our furniture looked and smelled brand new! I highly recommend them!

Sofa Shine is great. I didn't fully understand the fabric of my own couch, but, they thoroughly inspected first and made sure that they used the correct agents for the job. The off-white couch looks brand new. They were on time and communicated everything exceptionally well. I will not hesitate to use them on a frequent basis to keep my rugs/couch fresh. Much appreciated.
