Le Russell is excellent at his work. He was very patient and detail oriented. Despite the job ask, he never hurried through and ensured the carpet and tiles were thoroughly clean.

This company and gentleman did a very good job for us. He responded immediately to my inquiry about getting my carpets cleaned. He got to the job within a day. The price quoted was fair. We were satisfied with the results. My only slight complaint would be connected to how long the carpets stay wet. The carpet in one of our rooms buckled a little in two places because of how wet they were. They did come back to normal look after drying. Again, the carpets looked very nice.

LeRussell did a great job of cleaning my recliner which had a very strong odor in it. He understood the problem. It now smells wonderfully clean! He arrived right on time and worked efficiently. He was overall a very nice man, and we would recommend him to anyone. He gave us a very good rate, too.

I hired him to steam my Daughter and Son-in-Laws new home floors and we were all so impressed with his work ethic, detailed time spent on everything and tips, explanations and product suggestions to keep the floors looking pristine!
