weed and mulch around trees, also install a rock garden
quality work and I would hire him again however Horizon needs to do a written proposal, as there was some misunderstanding as to the cost of the project.

Ground Up made the whole contractor experience pleasant and bearable on top of doing a fine job as described and executed. Would hire again no question and will look forward to working with Ground Up on other home yard projects.
