- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Recommendation program allows previous clients to receive 10% off of their next appointment with me when they recommend me to a verifying new clients!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I find it very helpful for them to send me a picture of themselves as well as an idea of the style of makeup they would like, for example, dramatic or natural. Pictures are helpful, but not a must.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am at the master level in Clinique’s skincare and makeup accreditation.
