I came to Erica three months post-op from back surgery.My goal was to lose weight and regain my strength.Erica listened intently to my story and designed a fitness plan that I could do.She is diligent,conscientious and extremely knowledgeable as well as being very easy to work with..I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone for their personal training needs.

Erica is the perfect mix of tough and encouraging, and can help anyone with differing fitness levels. Erica comes up with amazing, fun, and unique workouts that leave me sore and loving it for weeks. Erica also has expertise dealing with injuries and can tailor workout around them. Go see Erica

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a NASM certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist, ISSA fitness nutrition specialist, and CPY yoga Sculpt.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with all types of clients. Anywhere from knee and hip injuries, major weight loss goals, client's who want to get lean and toned, and strength and endurance. I work with clients of all ages from age 14- late 70s.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    How much time do you want to invest in your exercise regimen? Do you want to exercise in the morning, afternoon, or at night? What is your monthly budget to spend on fitness training? Do you want nutrition assistance in addition to personal training?
