- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of our products are priced according to a standard and fixed price. More extensive work is charge by time as well.. Ask...I am always happy to answer questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin by letting the customer explain his or her needs for the project. After I gather all the information needed, I explain it to the customer to see if this is what the customer really wants or to see if any changes need to be made to get the job right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Certified Registered Locksmith diploma from the Associated Locksmiths of America along with a State of Illinois Locksmith License (#191-000891). In the locksmith and security industry, classes and seminars are offered during the course of the year. I frequently take advantage of these opportunities to further my knowledge of industry developments and tricks of the trade. I always working on gaining additional certifications.
