- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$55 diagnosis plus repair cost. If the repair is above $399 then the $55 diagnosis gets waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up an appointment. We come on to do the full diagnosis of the system, then we sit down with the customer and go over all the options that we offer to resolve the problem.
