- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is made with consulting approach. Customer’s may have a clarity of exactly what they want or may simply ask us to help guide them through the pitfalls of the process. In either case, we listen attentively to those needs in order to provide recommendations that they may be able to save in time, money, and resources that may not have been considered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All our projects are custom tailored to the customer’s needs, vision, and specific objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed, bonded and insured remodeling, restoration, and new construction developer, we are qualified to not only do the project, but to vet, oversea, and inspect the subcontractors. Working with a GC lets you know in confidence that the GC will stand behind his work throughout the process.
