The team was very responsive and I was super happy that they were able to come clean on relatively short notice. The cleaning job was pretty good. There were some things that were incredibly clean (e.g. oven, table tops) and others that I had to wipe down again (the floors in particular). The person who cleaned my place unfortunately didn't have a vacuum and had to use mine, which isn't great, so totally understand that those were still a bit pet hairy, but was expecting my concrete floors to be a cleaner then they were.
