The app only allowed me to select three choices, but I would’ve selected all five if I could have. Zack was great in every way. He responded quickly, arrived at the appointed time, installed my new door locks and knobs and repaired the door jam on both doors so it was no longer difficult and sticky to close and open the door. It works smooth as silk now! Highly recommend.

I contacted Zack and got a response within 10 minutes. Within 15 minutes, he offered to stop by the house an hour later to give a free estimate. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the door that needed repair. He gave me a quote, and we agreed to begin work immediately. He took the whole door apart to determine what the problem was, diagnosed what it likely caused it, recommended future maintenance to prevent similar problems, and repaired the issue all in under an hour. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and reasonable from a cost perspective. I would highly recommend him

I'm so happy I found a such skilled craft man. He is customer oriented that means he stops and communicate with his customer when there are options. He explains and gives suggestions and have the customer understand what he is going to do next. I like this style. I hired him for more than a few projects such as bathtub reglazing, interior and entrance door repairs and paints, tile grouts refinishing, and more. He has done them all so beautifully but what I am impressed the most is his door repair skills. Other services all told me to buy new doors to be installed. They said they can not repair old doors right. Zack could.....my old worn out (bottoms were bitten by pets) interior doors are like brand new now. In addition to that they open and close smoothly now. My front doors and storm doors were not aligned but he also fixed it perfectly. He repaired the broken locks on the bottom of the entrance door. These doors are 40 yr old and he magically make them beautiful again. I recommend him to everyone including my own family and friends.
