Eugene is amazing!
I had the pleasure of working with Eugene for a plumbing project, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, he was everything you could hope for in a professional. He showed up on time and for me in right away, which I really appreciated, and immediately got to work. Eugene was not only highly skilled but also very transparent about pricing, which was extremely reasonable for the quality of service he provided.
What really stood out to me, though, was his communication. On top of that, he was genuinely pleasant to talk to—making the whole experience much more enjoyable than I expected for a plumbing issue!

Eugene was wonderful. Responded so quickly and was able to do our project a day later at the time I asked. He and his partner worked super hard, were efficient and very focused. He was so easy to work with, went to work right away, didn’t take any help I offered, listened to my requests about placement, and cleaned UI at end of project. An hour of my labor costs $ 85.
I give discounts if the work takes more than 6 hours
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask you to provide me with a detailed description of the task in order to understand if I can perform it efficiently.
I also usually ask you to send me a photo that shows the essence of the problem.
All this saves my time and the time of a respected customer.
After understanding the task, I ask you to send me the address and plan and agree with the customer to start work (usually at 8.00 am)
