We have two types of catering : 1). pick up from a restaurant and onsite catering , 2). we come with our custom grill and cook at your location. We catered wedding as 150 people to 350 people.

This is one of my top ten places to eat. We drive 40 min one way for the food. Wood charcoal. Nothing beets it. The flavor. The autheticity top. Great nuance for his cooking and grill. Even with gas we save somewhere else. Woodridge IL you have a gem. Please opena franchise up northwest suburbs of Chicago. Because we would eat more frequently ever week.

We frequently use his catering services as well. When we have guests and want to have an original and unique experience with food. A lot of our acquaintances and people we host never had this type of prepared food that is flavorful and remembrance. Home made preparation. You can tell the authenticity and quality. This is the Gold standard period. He loves what he is doing. This is shown through his professionalism. The flavor, quality and the TASTE of the food. We keep working with his service because the food is Delicious period.

I am glad that I ordered from Ed’s kitchen. Ed came with his own custom grill, everyone was amazed by taste of kebabs.My favorite ware chicken and beef. Definitely will use them again.
