I have GSHA to my home several times and have never been disappointed. Every issue was troubleshot and rectified within a matter of a half hour, or less. Their staff is kind, considerate (they cover their shoes prior to entering a home) and punctual. Communication is exceptional and their knowledge of furnaces and, in my case, also a Nest thermostat was top notch. I will definitely contact them again should an issue arise.

I dont normally take the time to praise companies but, they could not have done it any better then if it was my own company. I did not have to negotiate. I immediately got the best deal out there on a new furnace. I had previously shopped it around with other companies. I was actually under sold when I had asked if I should get the next model up. Piotr, the boss, told me it is unnecessary for the size of my place. Keep in mind, I had no heat during the subzero cold spell we had in mid February. They installed it the next day.When I asked about a new thermostat, he said that he cannot beat the prices that ComEd offers with their energy star rebate program. He then sent me the link in which I purchased a new nest thermostat. It was $250 plus it was on sale and the rebate, only cost me $118. He had told me as soon as I get it, let him know and he will install it for free. They just left and it looks great. I had also had a leak in the waterline to my humidifier. I am somewhat handy and was told that its a simple replacement that I could purchase at Menards or Home Depot. Again, saving me money.Shop around if you want but, you will not find a better company to work with that well not only give you excellent customer service(any company can say yes) but, will give you the satisfaction knowing that you got the best price. In fact, you will feel like you should owe them more for going above and beyond. This does make a difference when you are spending thousands on a new system. Its a big pill to swallow for most and with GSHA, you will not feel like youve been taken to the cleaners.FYIJust so you know, the majority of the cost of a new furnace or AC units is labor. When you are dealing with contractors, find out what their unit costs. Knowing that will give you an advantage when you deal with other HVAC companies. Make sure you shop the same brand and model otherwise, you will have no idea if you are getting a good price.

Stand up provider with great response time.I bought a trane QC unit from GSHA services in august and in September all the coolant leaked out. As it turns out it was a defective trane unit. they called up trane and trane told them to replace a part under warranty but they decided they didnt want me to deal with potential other issues, so at their cost, they just replaced with a new unit! Their service was so good when it came time to service my furnaces there was only one place to call. GSHA services. They are my goto hvac guys now.

We offer many discounts and our pricing are fair. Discount for Policeman and Firefighters Senior Citizens Discounts Utility Company Instant Credit (ComEd, Nicor, Peoples Gas, and Northshore Gas. Fall and Spring discounts Lennox Consumer Promotions Carrier Cool Cash Promotion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If installation we schedule free in Home consultation, send different options of quotes to customer by email, schedule installation date and time, close the job. We take care about all permits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician and installers are EPA certified, Trained by Lennox and Carrier, NATE verified.
