The move went fairly smooth but slow. The movers didn't seem to know some of the tricks of the trade for moving heavy/bulky items and struggled a lot. That caused things to move slow and took a toll on my walls, ceilings and furniture. They did some major damage to the wooden arms of an accent chair by dragging it along the stair railing on the way upstairs (see pictures). I would have preferred to allow them a chance to make it right with me before I wrote a review but my 2 phone calls and 3 emails about it were ignored.Jun 9, 2017Verified

I'm sorry we weren't able to book your move. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience also. I mentioned in our email conversation that I needed your moving information before I could fully book your move. I also mentioned once I received this info I would send you a confirmation email confirming your date and time. It was 12 hours before you responded. The weekends are our busiest days and we cannot turn down a move, not knowing for sure if an inquiring customer really needs our services. I tried to still accommodate your move, but it wasn't the time you originally wanted. Instead of 9am, we couldve did 11am. We are a great moving with awesome movers, and its very important to make our customers happy. Once again sorry for any and all inconvenience.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We like to keep things simple over here. That's why we charge $90hr and not $89 or $92. We also charge a flat rate travel fee. So let's say your travel fee is $50 (by the way we have a 2 hour minimum). If your move went for 5 hours your total would be- $500 $90 * 5hrs = $450 Plus $50 travel fee = $500... Simple!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to make my customers feel comfortable, let them I completely understand how stressful the moving process is and insure them we're here to make their move as easy as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Google is always my friend on finding out any info on moving services, prices, rules, etc..,
