Multiple issues with Dan and his company. He never did a final walkthrough to review the work done by his workers, just came for the final payment. Found issues with his work days, weeks, and months later. Said he would come back to check out the issues, but dodged my texts for the past year. His workers hammered a nail in out tree to hang their clothes on, and left it there. Cut saw marks onto our wood doorstep, and didnt do anything about it. Asked us to pay an extra $300 when his workers supposedly worked extra hours. Refused to repair damaged aluminum siding. AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AND HIS WORKERS.
