Was looking forward to working with First Star based on all the positive reviews they received. They were very responsive when i first contacted them but never got back to me to schedule an appointment to look at our project. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident for them.

Hi Dean, We appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback, and sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up, that’s not the experience we want anyone to have with First Star Lawn Care. To be transparent, last year we weren’t actively monitoring Thumbtack as closely as we should have, and your request unfortunately slipped through. That’s completely on us and again we apologize. We’ve since corrected that and are now fully active on the platform with much better systems in place to prevent this moving forward.
