- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I favor working with a project cost vs. hourly. It makes sense when a person knows what's included and what's not. Sometimes this requires further discussions for clarity. I want to make sure we're all on the same page so there are no misunderstandings and the work is done correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Computer Information Systems. I've got the technical knowledge and skills that I've learned from past jobs I've had in Information Technology. My passion is using my skills to further others' businesses. It's a great thing to know what you love to do.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started personally blogging in 2013, and found out how much I learned doing website design. In addition, starting to make YouTube videos showed me the love of video editing. It's always been a dream of mine to own a business and successfully help other's with my talents and skills. Although it took time in my life, I'm happy to say I've discovered what I love to do.
