FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard window cleaning price's per window pane would be; *outside window only $2.75-$3.75 and *both inside and outside would be $3.75-$4.75 all of which does include window screen cleaning if needed. I also clean chandeliers and or exterior lights if customer requests. Lights and chandelier are priced upon review. As for a painting quote, My price varies due to many variables but I typically charge between $.45-$.$.80 per sq - walls and ceilings and $.80-$1.10 per linear ft of trim or crown molding. I generally though, do not use sq footage for my quote but it is helpful information. Price usually depends on a few variables and the extent of the work; it all helps to determine my final quote. . Doors are priced per door at a rate but depends on door type and style. I prefer to observe work needed done for a final quote. I am able give a quote sometimes upon reviewing your request for work immediately but not always. I am fair, simple and very reasonable in my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I meet with the customer, introduce myself and get to know the customer some and discuss work needed done. I either give a quote during our first meeting or if needed ask for time to gather all information needed to allow for a better quote. If excepted , I general can get started within a week, sometimes the same day as visit. I do ask for 10-15 % at the end of work day one on big paint jobs or projects. When finished with the job, I do a thorough walk through with customer and receive final payment or I the also can bill the customer through mail if needed.
