FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing comes from two places. The first being the cost estimating books that are specific to each area. These publications cost a great deal more but continually keep us informed as to what is fair and honest pricing for the area that our clients reside. The second is historical data. By keeping log sheets of all of our jobs we are able to understand where we can cut labor costs and give our clients a better price. This not only gives us an edge in the market but also puts more money in our clients pockets ensuring that we continue to receive referrals and future work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with a new client we will try to meet face to face. Because every space is unique and everyone's needs are specific to them it is important that we look over the job and discuss the expectations and needs each client has. After that we usually quote within 24hrs and set a meeting to go over the details. This process assures everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are factory certified in many areas of the remodeling business. We have certifications from Certainteed for roofing, we are members of the national flooring contractors association, certified installers of Wardflex gas lines to name a few. It is extremely important to us that we honor our craft by keeping up to date on new techniques as well as understanding how to repair and duplicate the older styles and techniques required in older homes
