FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a clear price up front based on your photos and details, with no surprise fees. Hourly services like assembly and moving help have a minimum time, and my rates and minimums are listed on my profile. The price changes only if the job grows or more items are added, and I always tell you before I continue. Disposal fees are included when I haul items away. For heavy items I can quote two options, with or without a helper.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you send photos and details: what needs to be done, where, any stairs, and the day you'd like. Second, I reply with a clear price and an arrival window. Third, you confirm and I book your date. On the day, I arrive in the window, walk through the job with you, do the work carefully, and clean up. Afterward I follow up to make sure everything is right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own Vitalsos Hauling LLC, a fully insured business. My training is hands-on: 20 years of experience. I've completed more than 170 jobs this year across hauling, assembly, mounting, and heavy lifting, and I follow manufacturer instructions on every build.
