I received a reply right away. Their fees weren't listed but I liked what I saw. We set up a brief chat & after learning how competitive their fees were, I signed up immediately. So far so good. I was hesitant to get into the investment biz, b/c I was scared I wouldnt be able to find a reliable/trustworthy company to manage, but my mind is completely at ease & I'm looking for my 2nd property.
