Ellen was willing to come before the date of service, examine the home and then give an estimate on cost before even cleaning. What was most impressive about her cleaning was that she was able to remove some hard water stains that were difficult for me to review.

I will meet client, do a walk thru of the home so I can give them an accurate quote with no surprises for either of us on cleaning day.
