Introduction: We are a farm-to-fork catering service, with our own gardens, orchard, laying hens and honey bees right outside our door. We also purchase from local farmers and producers. Our presentation is outstanding and our creativity and quality of food keeps our loyal customers returning. I love the creative aspect of playing with color, texture and flavors of ingredients. I love taking a traditional dish and giving it my own creative touch to make it fresh and interesting.
