Sam and his crew were courteous and professional and did solid work to fix my gutters, clear my roof of snow, and repair my roof leak. They were very careful in the home as well to take off shoes and not make any mess, which is very much appreciated. They also gave a warranty on their work for 6 months, which is very comforting in the event problems arise again. Will call them again in the Spring to get some tuckpointing and roof repair work done

As a business owner I have had some problems with roofers in the past, so when I hired Shield I was a little nervous and worried that they might not stop the leak or honor the warranty but it was a emergency so i took the chance. Well its been almost a year and i am very pleased with the work, I had some water come in right after a big storm and I called them in to honor the warranty they got here within a hour and when they checked the roof the problem was not the roof but the gutter that i had someone else install.
