Worked closely with us. Kept us updated of a minor delay that was caused by the paver brick supplier not Lawn Ranger. I would work with them again. A neighbor saw there work and is talking with them about a project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and is set to the size of the lawn. If the client hires the Lawn Ranger for work(landscape) anything over 100 dollars receives a 20 dollar discount. Senior Citizen discounts are available and yearly discounts for mowing available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always work one on one with my customers. Right now I have 80 lawn clients which have been with me for 3 plus years and I actually have meant every one and have a good business relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually graduated from Indiana University in business administration which helps me run a efficient business. Landscape design at Ivy Tech for 2 years and on the job training for the past 15 years with 5 being with The Lawn Ranger.
