Chad is a great personal trainer! He takes his time and helps you focus on your areas of concern. I would recommend him to anyone for their fitness needs. You won’t find a trainer like him anywhere else!Jun 1, 2018Verified
Chad is awesome. He’ll kick your butt, but in a good way. He was always on time, professional, & very helpful. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.Apr 26, 2018Verified
Chad is a great personal trainer and has an incredible attitude about fitness. His schedule is flexible and accommodating and workout methods are efficient. I got a better workout with Chad in 30 mins than I did in an hour by myself. I highly recommend Chad Roth as a personal trainer.Oct 9, 2017Verified
What I like about Chad is that he really knows how to motivate me. He makes each of my training sessions challenging but also rewarding. He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise to maximize results and avoid injuries. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer to help you achieve your fitness and health goals.Dec 6, 2015Verified
I've never had a personal trainer before and was kind of nervous about having one until I met chad. He works so well with you. It was at a fast pace which I really liked but it was never too much where you couldn't handle it. He was encouraging and very helpful with weight lifting. Before we even started we sat down and he gave me a lot of good information about personal training and the things he would be helping me with. I've only trained with him once so far and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.Oct 30, 2015Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do things pretty laid back compared to most trainers. I train clients with both short and long term needs. I don't have a complicated pricing system. I make my services as affordable as possible based on session frequency per week (from $25-$40/session). I give discounts for referrals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first start with a complementary training session, which includes reviewing personal goals and a complete fitness assessment. If you choose to continue training beyond our initial session, we discuss availability and pricing/payment options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 12 years of personal training experience with clients of all ages. I am NASM, ACE, and ISSA certified.
