- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should be told how much a weekly, or bi-weekly or monthly clean would cost. They should also be able to find out how much each add on costs, like windows, cleaning appliances, whether there are pets in the home, is a deep clean more than a regular clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is get to know what the client is looking for in terms of their home or business. Then I schedule a walkthrough so we can get all the details nailed down and to give them a firm quote. Then we schedule their first clean. I always check in with them to make sure they were pleased with the results and stay in touch periodically after that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always training to become a better cleaner. I have a degree in organizational management.
