It was wonderful to be able to have my item picked up the same day I contacted them. The couple who came were capable and very nice.

Details: Large items to haul • Furniture, appliances or electronics • Enough to fill half of a pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

I must have misunderstood our communication I was under the impression you were getting it taken care of by some one else had I known you were not I definitely would have completed the job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For cleaning we have weekly,bi weekly and monthly cleaning. If you schedule a clean every month we offer a 5% discount, if you schedule bi- weekly we offer an 8% discount and for weekly cleans we offer a 12% discount.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have had a very diverse customer base, from pregnant women or new mothers who just need a little help catching up to very extensive detailed deep cleans so an elderly customer can return home after a hospital stay and surgery.
