- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be fair and reasonable. Most jobs can be quoted over the phone after a short conversation, however there is a $75 trip fee to come out and bid/measure larger jobs that will be applied to the final total. There is a $100 cancellation/reschedule fee after the second date change. Please be sure of the date/time you are requesting service to avoid incurring unnecessary charges. Both your time and ours is valuable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with getting to know you, your project and what your desire is when the project is all said and done. In order to be able to give you what you want, we will be asking lots of questions!! :) This will also give us the information we need to be sure we bring the correct tools, equipment and other necessary components to be as efficient and prepared as possible; saving you time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dave is a second generation carpenter and has over 20 years of experience in millwork, cabinet making/installation, trade fixture creation/installation, flooring, framing, countertops, etc. He is certified to cut/install Corian©, CAD and reading blueprints. The combination of those skills, plus his overall intelligence, means there are very few things he cannot do. Any restrictions are going to be related to the state of Indiana trade commission.
