Tom was able to repair my sliding patio door and lock. He was on time and was very efficient with his work. My patio door wouldn't close and was missing the lock mechanism. It's an older door so the previous lock was smaller than any replacement I could find which meant the existing hole didn't work. Tom was able to fix the door rollers, clean out all the debris and make it slide like new! He was also able to get the replacement lock and plate installed. Excellent work and worth the price he charges! Will be using again if the need arises! I would highly recommend.

Tom was incredibly helpful and responsive with a plumbing project. My 5-year-old broke the handle on my bathtub where I had an older Moen faucet that was not manufactured any longer. The repair called for one small piece of plastic to be replaced where other plumbers were going to charge me $550 labor to replace the entire faucet set and rough-in. The hardware was around $500. Kept searching for a part and finally found and ordered a replacement part on Amazon. It was delayed for days. Tom sent me a message saying he’d be willing to help where I said I’d like to try to do the repair myself and was waiting on the part. After the delayed shipment, it just kept getting pushed back and Tom said he’d bring me the part. I told him I’d pay him for it and he said he would not charge me and gave it to me for free. That was an incredibly pleasant gesture from a gentleman who went out of his way to help someone at no charge when he did not have to. That speaks volumes about his integrity and hope he’s able to help you with your project. Thank you Tom!!!
