Natalya is the business owner, self employed, a very kind, sharp woman with a positive attitude! Attitude is a must!I like doing business with our own local community members.I just started with Natalya, several months ago.I was pleased with the work she did for me the first time. (4.5 hrs 2 people for a 1st clean ). And pleased with the 2nd, and the 3rd, and the 4th! Shes a keeper!Actually Im surprised at what shes willing & eager to do! Ive had many cleaning people over the years, and this one is focused and certainly knows how to cleanmy style of cleanOther cleaners come in and tell you what they wont do, like blinds, windows, woodwork, baseboards, ceiling fans & blades. And, what they do clean is not a satisfactory job .She deserves 5 stars .Shes still mastering our English language, so its best to text so she can translate with her phone.
