Kathy's crew did an excellent job of cleaning my apartment after my move out.; I was kept informed every step of the way. She was cheerful, attentive and professional, it was a big job as the house cleaning had fallen behind; due to all the boxes. I have a short term rental in town, and I transitioned its turnovers over to maidthis recently. Onboarding was smooth, they got a lot of the necessary information before the first turnover. So far so good, no issues or complaints from guests and the cleaning team has been super communicative about issues at the house, cleaning, and restock items.
