I have a short term rental in town, and I transitioned its turnovers over to maidthis recently. Onboarding was smooth, they got a lot of the necessary information before the first turnover. So far so good, no issues or complaints from guests and the cleaning team has been super communicative about issues at the house, cleaning, and restock items.

MaidThis Cleaning of Carmel-Fishers's reply

Thank you for your positive feedback, Patrick! We're glad to hear that the onboarding process went smoothly and that our cleaning team has been communicative and attentive to your property's needs. It's great to know that your guests have had no issues or complaints. We appreciate your trust in us for your short-term rental turnovers and look forward to continuing to provide excellent service. Thank you!
