Josh did an incredible job cleaning and shampooing the carpets in the kids' bedrooms. Between everyday wear and stubborn spots, the carpets really needed some serious attention, and his spot treatment worked wonders. He took the extra step to hook into the hot water from the kitchen sink, and the difference that made was night and day. The carpets not only look completely refreshed and spotless, but the entire floor smells noticeably clean and fresh. Highly professional, thorough, and efficient—I could not recommend his services enough!
