- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from project to project. Estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally speaking with enough information I can give a quote within minutes. Otherwise, I prefer to meet with the customer face to face at the project site. This allows me to figure an accurate quote and explain to the customer how I will manage and complete their project. I can also answer most questions at that time the customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my experience is hands on, on the job training. I was trained by true pros, the very best. A combined 70 Years experience, 2nd and 3rd generation painter mentors. I have completed various technical courses and received certificates at Sherwin Williams related to the composition, characteristics, and performance of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Marine coatings and Specialty coatings.
