We recently bought a house that had a lot trash and a old mattress out in the alley behind it. The city sent us a letter saying we were in violation of neighborhood code. "OH NO!" I thought. What will we do? We don't have a truck. Our arms are small and weak. We don't even know WHERE to take trash and an old mattress. We were in a very bad position. CDS Maintenance really came to the rescue. Donna responded immediately, despite her actually being out of the country at the time. That's what I call responsive! The very next day she came and solved our problem in about 10 minutes. The fee was incredibly reasonable and exactly what was quoted. We highly recommend this company.

They were fast at responding. Even called any said they could make time the evening instead of waiting till tomorrow. And did a great job at removing all the garbage n debris due back up after garbage missed us for a week. I would recommend them. :) Thanks again!
