- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cartt charges a booking fee of $30 + $1.50 per minute of labor unloading and loading. (That is 2x since there are 2 movers) + $2.00 per mile driven from pick-up to drop-off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can view our website and click the link to book your moving request. On our website, you'll see many blue buttons say, "Push a Cartt".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our network of movers is background checked and vetted by Cartt. We ensure you always get someone who can be trusted during a moving job.
