- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When purchasing a home, you do not pay a real estate commission. Our buyer representation services are free to you as the buyer. When selling a property, we will almost always beat any competition's bid for the real estate commission amount. Many factors determine this, such as the home's value, and whether or not you plan on purchasing a home as well. Because of this, we prefer to discuss commission details it in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally meet with a new customer at their home or place of work to discuss their desires in selling and/or purchasing a property. If the customer chooses to move forward and allow us to work with them, we put a detailed and effective plan in place to either market their current home, or being the search for the customer's dream home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
