- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we say best price guarantee, we mean it! Affordable isn’t only in our name, it's our mission when providing customers with quotes. As long as your other quotes are from someone reputable, with similar credentials, and we are comparing similar products, we will beat any competitor’s quote by $400! So rest assured, you can be confident you are getting the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is a very easy process! Most of our customers we can order a satellite imaging report for and get them a quote within an hour or two. These quotes are very accurate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over 14 years and have done over 1000 roofing projects.
