- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to have competitive pricing and have quality workmanship. Our prices tend to go up when outside of our service area but the price is just to cover fuel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to greet ourselves and talk a little about the job to see what needs we need to meet. We then look at the job and assess the way to tackle the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had ran a moving, construction, transport and lawn care business in South Dakota for 5 years. I loved doing this kind of work so I partnered up with a friend and we started up our own company.
