FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Potential clients should know that one should not base a vacation on price only. The extra monies you pay for a professional to put together a trip for you is well worth it. You want your memories to be good ones. Not one that you regret for years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I encounter a new customer, I like to find out their passions in life. What their dream vacation really is. Even if it is out of reach at the moment, that is something that could possibly be worked on in the future. One never knows. I like to know where you've traveled. What you liked or disliked. Your good experiences. Yes your bad ones too. That lets us know what to look out for, what to avoid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to attend seminars some online & some in person to keep up with the latest travel trends. I also take trips at least once per year to various destinations to get a hands on experience I can share with my clients.
