Responded very quickly to my request for help with our washer (same day). Very conscientious and professional. Was able to isolate and diagnose the problem fairly quickly. Was able to repair the part instead of ordering a replacement which saved us money and more downtime on the washer. Very satisfied customer! Would definitely recommend AMPLE to anyone needing help with appliance repair.

Tony was knowledgeable and great to work with. Other service providers wouldn’t touch my job because they couldn’t just order a new part. (My Electrolux Wall oven has great bones but the control board isn’t made anymore). I hired Tony to remove the board/keypad (I shipped it for repair myself) then reinstall repaired board. The only reason for -1 Star was punctuality. Otherwise an excellent experience and would hire again.

Our dryer wouldn’t start. Anthony contacted me and came out the same day! His consultation fee is so reasonable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Great service and super nice!
