There was some communication issues initially, I had an appointment scheduled in which they canceled and said they’d come out the very next day. The next day comes and they seemed to have forgotten about the appointment so they finally made it out the third day and the guy Kyle was professional and got it fixed! Finally I was relieved lol

I got 2 new complete HVAC system offered, upon installation it was attempted to install 2 inferior AC units with different capacities as well, I paid for 2 stage ac units and got delivered 1 stage ones (cheaper), I had to insist I wanted what I paid for and it took a couple of hours until I told the technicians to stop the install and replaced by the unit that I paid for... which was done.
Because of this "mistake" the upstairs unit was not finished the same day as the attic was too hot (understandable), when they came back next day, the main unit was leaking water on the coil unit, the technician took a look and said the other crew messed up the drain line and then he fixed it, 1 week later, the coil on the main unit is all frozen and leaking water all over and not cooling my house... not counting when they messed with the drain, they dropped a piece of pipe in my sump pump and it made the level sensor to get stuck and the pump running, luckily I caught that when I went to the basement to inspect on what was done and heard the pump running... this could cause a flood to my basement.
They are supposed to come here for fixing the issue with the coil/drain once again, but this is very frustrating having in mind I spent $30k on the new setup and it doesn't work... my previous old unit gave me less problems.
The sale was smooth and very responsive, but the installation was poor and at the moment it is not working as it should.
Overall I'm very frustrated... I could probably DIY and get a better result spending half the price.
