Introduction: Not only do I work on computers for a living, but I've built and modified all sorts of electronics since I was a teenager. This really is a passion for me and it shows in my work. Solving puzzles. Every machine, whether it's a computer or cell phone, provides its own set of challenges. We have had Justin work on our computer many times, he has always been courteous and professional. Whether it was something simple as installing new software to doing a diagnostic on our computer to speed it up, Justin worked quickly and was willing to answer all our questions, he patiently explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Great service, Fast and does the impossible! I had a laptop riddled with viruses or who knows what. The tech came out and was done before I could finish what i was doing!

I had the worst experience that you think only happens in movies. But it happened to me! I was on my computer and I get an email that looked like it was from a friend. I open it- and my computer was hacked with a horrible virus. My whole computer crashed. Blue screen of death. I am a college student. I can't afford the blue screen of death! I called Justintimepc and they saved Everything. All my school papers. My emails. I thought my semester was a complete fail until they saved me! All I can say is- be careful what you open. And if you think all hope is lost- try Justintimepc. They even gave me a military discount!
