He was very kind. After I asked him, he even moved my shower curtain rod preventing the cabinet he assembled from fitting into the space in the bathroom. He is very reasonable with his cost and very accommodating my busy schedule.
Outstanding experience. Jim arrived on time, assessed the job quickly and did a professional repair at a reasonable price. I will definitely call on him again. In fact, we discussed some additional things for the near future.

Jim and his wife Fawn arrived at time agreed upon.
They were so sweet and kind. Very professional as well as social.
They got right to work and didn’t waste any time.
Play set was assembled in just over 4 hours as opposed to 6-8 hours we were expecting.
Our little girl loved watching them put it together.
I would call on them again and again for any of my handyman needs!
If I ever need a handyman again Jim will be my first, last and only choice!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I will charge $20/hour for most jobs. I can certainly be flexible, depending on the client's status and how much needs to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing trust is paramount both ways! I am respectful of the client's property and/or home environment. Never leave a mess behind! I will talk through the job and listen carefully to the client for what needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lifetime member of the Handyman Club of America, and read the monthly magazine as well as "The Family Handyman", and "This Old House" publications. I am a huge fan of the DIY Network and any Home Improvement Show I can find.
