I have had 2 cleaners from this company and Luke was extremely responsive to my concerns regarding cost. He made several discounts and came to a price I can afford. The cleaners are excellent. As my arthritis in my knees keeps advancing, I can do little in my way of cleaning. Luke’s response to my needs is a life saver.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We just need to know the number of bedrooms/bathrooms and square footage. It's important to really look at the scope of work and understand how long we will be there. Lastly, we always make sure we show up with professionalism and focus on hospitality.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds of customers! We have commercial buildings, Air BnBs/ShortTermRentals but the bulk of what we focus on is Residential cleanings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are looking for a quality cleaner that ensures their cleaners are background checked, insured and have great reviews cleaning other peoples homes.
